Studio 19

Studio 19: Sustainable Virtual Production Studio For Hire For Your Virtual And Live Event Needs

Set on the 19th floor of luxury hotel Royal Lancaster London, opposite London's Hyde Park, Studio 19 is a unique virtual event studio.

Featuring the very latest in extended reality technology, green screen, virtual production and more, Studio 19 at Royal Lancaster London enables you to host bespoke virtual events sustainably, utilising the hotel's excellent event facilities and reducing the need to travel.

How our extended reality stage works

A full extended reality (XR) set offers an immersive experience for both the presenter and the virtual user. The benefits of having a full XR set include enabling the presenter to see and experience live rendered content on an LED backdrop, creating fully immersive 3D worlds with augmented reality objects and live remote Q&A panels that know no bounds. A green screen stage offers the same impressive worlds with high quality results.

Your Branding, Fully Integrated

We have a team of content creators who can build and edit 3D “worlds” with your branding. Our extended reality set designs come with a selection of interactive screen movements, Powerpoints/VT slots and branding opportunities.

London's Sustainable Virtual Production Studio

The Studio's production set up allows content to be pre-recorded or streamed live, ideal for producing internal training events, announcements, and conferences without negatively impacting the environment.

  • Less travel: Film, edit and stream your event from one location, save money and emissions by allowing viewers to engage online.
  • Reduced material waste: Reduce print costs and waste by hosting a virtual event or training sessions.
  • Less energy use: By recording content in one studio space less energy is required during an event.
  • Durable technology: All of our LED is robust and repairable, and is kept in top condition by our in-house LED repair team.
